All orders will be processed and prepared for shipment within 3 business days after your order is confirmed. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, the United States, and most European countries and regions. If you cannot find your country at checkout, please contact our customer service for further assistance.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status online.

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery, or unclaimed parcel, the customer will be responsible for additional reshipping fees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, local logistics, or unexpected circumstances beyond our control.
